    Three services, one crew

    Everything between two front doors

Most people hire a mover, a cleaner and a gardener separately and spend the week coordinating them. We send one team with one plan.

    How a move day runs

    Six steps, keys in hand

The yellow markers are where most moves in Kenya go wrong: surprise charges on the day and a lost deposit afterwards. We fix both in writing.

    1. Any day before

      Survey

A surveyor visits, or walks your rooms with you on a WhatsApp video call. 15 minutes, free.

    2. Same day

      Fixed quote

A written price with truck size, crew and inventory. That is what you pay.

    3. Day before

      Packing

The crew packs, labels each box by room and wraps furniture in blankets and stretch film.

    4. Move day

      Load & drive

Every box is checked onto the waybill and checked off at your new door.

    5. Same afternoon

      Clean & hand over

Cleaners finish the old house before the landlord's inspection, so your deposit comes back.

    6. That evening

      Set up

Beds assembled, TV mounted, kitchen unpacked. You sleep in a home, not a storeroom.

    The full handover

Move out Friday. Settled by Sunday.

Book your move with a move-out clean and we take 15% off the cleaning. Add a move-in clean and a first garden visit and the whole changeover is handled by one team on one invoice.

    Questions

    Before you book

How do you price a move?

By what you own, not by guesswork. A surveyor lists your items in person or over a WhatsApp video call, then sends a fixed written quote with the truck size, crew size and inventory. That price does not change on the day unless you add items.

    How do I pay?

By M-Pesa or bank transfer. A 30% deposit confirms your date, and the balance is paid after everything is off the truck and you have checked it against the inventory.

    What if something gets damaged?

Every move includes basic goods-in-transit cover. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos and we repair, replace or compensate under the cover. Extended cover raises the limit for TVs, electronics and antiques.

Will the move-out clean really help me get my deposit back?

That is what it is for. We clean to the standard landlords and agents check at inspection: walls spot-washed, kitchen degreased, bathrooms descaled, windows and tracks cleaned. Photograph each room once we finish and attach the photos to your handover.

Do you work Sundays and public holidays?

Yes, seven days a week. Month-end weekends book up first, so reserve two weeks ahead if your lease ends on the 30th or 31st.

Can you move me to Uganda, Tanzania or Rwanda?

Yes. We need a copy of your ID or passport, your KRA PIN and a signed inventory. Our clearing agent handles customs at the border, and we give you a delivery window before the truck leaves Nairobi.

Do cleaners bring their own equipment?

Yes: vacuums, steam and extraction machines, ladders and detergents. We only need running water and electricity on site.
